Shipping Policy (United States)

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on our website operated by T.vP. Studios (operating as shopLIVIA) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is offered on all orders shipped to the United States. No minimum order value is required.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on the shipping provider and the return destination, return shipping fees may be up to $40.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time to the United States is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Orders are shipped using trusted international carriers and are typically delivered within the United States by USPS (United States Postal Service) or an equivalent local delivery partner.

Shipping Delays

If a delay is substantial, you may have the option to cancel your order for a full refund, in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection regulations.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Origin

Our operational address is located outside of the United States. Orders may be shipped from international fulfillment partners depending on product availability.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Any import duties, taxes, or customs-related fees imposed by U.S. authorities are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. For incorrect or defective items, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
