Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipments are handled and paid for by the customer. Depending on the shipping provider and the return destination, return shipping fees may be up to $40. The return address is located outside of the United States. Detailed return instructions will be provided by our support team after your return request has been reviewed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
In these cases, we will send a replacement item free of charge, including shipping costs. A return of the defective or incorrect item may be requested depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order once your return request has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
